Tour de Guelph - Community Cycling Event
Jun. 28, 2026 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.

Tour de Guelph is an inclusive community cycling event that welcomes all ages and abilities to participate.

Tour de Guelph’s intent is to build and support community well-being within Guelph-Wellington and fundraise to support Guelph General Hospital and local Rotary projects through the Rotary Clubs of Guelph South and Guelph Trillium.

The first Tour de Guelph took place in 2014 and was born from an ambitious idea from then Rotarian-David Parr. In 2014 with the two Rotary clubs, a few staff members from The Foundation of Guelph General Hospital, and the support of others in the community, Tour de Guelph became a reality.

In its twelve years, the event has raised over $1.4 million for our community and has grown into one of Guelph-Wellington’s most significant community sporting events. We had a record-breaking year in 2025, with 850+ riders and $226,000 raised.

About 100 volunteers, filling 150 volunteer positions, help with the event each year, the majority of whom are Rotarians. Many other individuals and local business leaders also lend a hand. This allows the majority of the proceeds received from sponsorship and peer-to-peer fundraising to go directly to important community initiatives.

To learn about the some of the Rotary projects supported over the years, look at the Tour de Guelph website.

In 2026, our Tour de Guelph Central has moved to the University Centre on the University of Guelph grounds.  The increased space can accomodate a greater number of cyclists, vendors in the Vendor Village and families and children in an expanded Family Fun Zone.

There is a way for everyone to participate in Tour de Guelph!

Register to ride, lead a team, donate, sponsor, volunteer, or simply come out to cheer. We welcome everyone in the community and those visiting Guelph to join the fun.
