City Youth Programs

Cam Guthrie has represented Guelph since 2010, first as a Councillor and then Mayor. He was
honoured to serve as the Chair of Ontario’s Big City Mayors from 2019-2022 and currently serves
on the Global Covenant of Mayors for Climate and Energy board.
