Encouraging Youth Entering the Trades

Retired Electrician after a 48 year career. Spent the first 24 years of his career in industrial and
institutional construction and installation. The last 24 years as a maintenance electrician in a
medium sized industrial complex.
He will talk about the shortage of tradespersons that is happening now and projected to get
worse as older tradespersons retire.
