Charter Night 2025

Each year we gather to celebrate our Rotary year in June.  It is held near the end of the President's term. It is a great evening to share in fellowship with your fellow members & their partners.  

This year, Susanna Geerlinks has agreed to host us. Susanna has a lovely property just outside Guelph.   

The Membership Cares committee provides the main dish and the beverages (both non-alcholic and beer/wine).  Attendees bring a potluck item (appetizer, side dish/salad or dessert).  We are planning to bbq chicken, beef or vegetable kabobs again this year.  

If you have a prefence for meat or vegetarian options, please put it in the comment field when you register or email laurie@childrensfoundation.org.  

Cost to attend is $25 per person.  You can pay at the Registration Desk over the next couple of weeks or etransfer funds to Jim Weir (treasurer@trilliumrotary.org) or pay Laurie at the event.  

We typically start around 5:30 with appetizers and have dinner between 6:30 & 7.  There is no formal program but the outgoing President says a few words or makes some presentations.  

Note there is no street parking by Suzanna's place.  They have parking in their driveway for 5 or 6 vehicles. I would recommend we leave the spots there for anyone with mobility issues.  Additional parking with signage will be available at the neighbours.
