Rotary Holiday Party

Join us for our Rotary Holiday Party this year at Springfield Golf & Country Club on Thursday December 3rd. 

Registration Deadline: Wednesday November 18th at 6PM

Our event is being held in the Tamarack Room downstairs from the main lobby. To avoid the stairs you can access the Tamarack Room directly from the parking lot.  

Dress code is Jingle Bell Chic (playful yet polished with holiday twist).

Cost is $50 per person and includes a complimentary drink (any option either alcoholic or non-alcoholic from the bar). Cash bar will be open during our event. 

Payment can be made by cash or cheque at our regular Rotary meetings in the next few weeks or via e-transfer to treasurer@trilliumrotary.org.  PLEASE INCLUDE A NOTE WITH YOUR E-TRANSFER INDICATING PAYMENT IS FOR THE CHRISTMAS PARTY. 

We are hoping to have folks mix & mingle so the food station will be in the middle of the room with an assortment of tables setup for seating or cocktail tables for standing.   

Menu includes hot & cold food options such as bbq slider burgers, pizza bar, shrimp cocktail, vegetable spring rolls, vegetables & dip, cheese & fruit display, and more. There will be an assortment of hot appetizers passed around at the beginning and gourmet cupcakes to enjoy or take home.  Coffee & tea will also be available.
